Shipping & Return
The average time for production is 5-7 days. Shipping by international priority express usually takes 5-7 days from start to finish. As a result, your item will arrive between 12 and 14 days.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
If your neon sign arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all indoor neon signs (Waterproofing: No), ensuring your investment is protected. For outdoor signs (Waterproofing: Yes), we provide a 1-year warranty
