Our custom neon signs start at just $140, with the final price depending on the size, amount of neon used, and the complexity of the design. We take pride in offering some of the best prices on the market while ensuring high-quality materials. While we could lower costs by using cheaper materials, we prefer to use only the best to provide you with exceptional value.

We create the design for your neon sign completely free of charge and are happy to make as many revisions as you need to achieve the perfect result. We offer one or more design options for your approval at no additional cost. If you change your mind and want to modify or cancel your order before production begins, we are happy to provide a partial or full refund. However, please note that once your custom sign order is approved and enters production, we cannot offer a refund.tent

All of our LED neon light signs are handcrafted using kid-safe LED neon tubes that are both economical and environmentally friendly. Here are some compelling reasons to choose a custom LED sign from us:

• 2-Year Warranty: Neon Moon offers a 2-year warranty on indoor LED neon signs. An additional 1-year warranty is provided for outdoor signs. If your sign malfunctions, we will promptly replace it and cover shipping and import costs.
  However, this does not cover any damage that may occur due to improper installation or physical damage during use

Keep in mind that dimmers are not compatible with outdoor products, and it's important to protect your sign from extreme weather conditions.

We understand that it can be difficult to envision how your neon sign will appear in reality. If you're unsure about which color to choose or how it will fit in your space, don’t worry! Our designers will provide you with a mock-up before we finalize your design, ensuring that your sign is just what you want.

After you fill out the form, we strive to create your design and calculate the price as quickly as possible. We typically send you the result within 8 hours; however, during times of high order volume, it may take a little longer.

All neon signs are handcrafted and undergo several days of testing to ensure everything works perfectly before being shipped to you. The entire process typically takes about 2-3 weeks. If you need your neon sign sooner, please let us know, and we will do our best to expedite your order.

All neon signs are mounted on a transparent acrylic sheet that is 4–5 mm thick (making them easy to transport) and come with a standard power plug that connects to a standard wall outlet.

Hanging a neon sign is easy! Here are a few methods you can use:

• Using Screws: If you want to mount your sign directly on a wall, use the included screws. Simply drill holes in the wall and secure the sign in place.
  
• Suspending: You can also suspend your sign from the ceiling using a chain, string, or wire. Just ensure it’s securely fastened and at the desired height.
  
• Placing on a Flat Surface: If you prefer not to mount it, you can simply place your neon sign on a flat surface, such as a table or shelf.
  

Always ensure your sign is positioned safely and away from extreme weather if it's intended for outdoor use.
