The average time for production is 5-7 days.  Shipping by international priority express usually takes 5-7 days from start to finish. As a result, your item will arrive between 12 and 14 days.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

If your neon sign arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair.
